・Rational Decision-Maker（合理的意思決定者）
・論理的に考え、計画通りに行動する
・目標に向かって迷わず進める
・"I do things that make sense. I think long-term. I am not a child."（私は理にかなったことをする。長期的に考える。子どもではない。）
❑ Procrastinator's Brain（先延ばし人間の脳）
・Rational Decision-Maker （合理的意思決定者）と Instant Gratification Monkey（即時満足ザル）の共存
・意思決定者の横に「サル」がいる
・サルは「今すぐ楽しいこと」しか考えない
・そのせいでやるべきことが後回しになる
・"I have the same purpose as the guy in the above drawing. We are the same."（私は、上の絵にいる人（先延ばししない人）と同じ目的を持っている。私たちは同じなのだ。）
